IFAN PPR pipe possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 90℃ without deformation, and will not age or break during long-term use. When transporting hot water at 70℃ and a working pressure of 1.0MPa, its continuous service life can reach over 50 years.Regarding corrosion resistance, PPR material itself has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. IV. Convenient Installation

IFAN PPR pipes utilize homogeneous heat fusion connection technology, which is relatively simple to operate. A connection can typically be completed in a few seconds, resulting in fast installation and low labor costs. During construction, the pipes are first cut flat using a specialized cutting tool, and the connection surfaces of the pipes and fittings are cleaned. Then, the heat fusion machine is preheated to approximately 260°C. Both the pipe and fitting ends are simultaneously inserted into the heating sleeve for heating. Once the heat fusion layer melts, the fitting is quickly inserted to the predetermined depth. After cooling, the two are firmly fused together.The advantage of this connection method is that the pipe and fitting are completely homogeneous, resulting in tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact resistance at the joint that are higher than the pipe itself, forming a permanent seal that prevents leakage.  Furthermore, IFAN provides a complete set of fittings, including reducers, unions, tees, elbows, and other connectors, allowing for flexible selection during construction.
